Molly brings a wealth of experience with her as General Manager of Jaguar Lakeside, having held many positions within the Elder Automotive Group throughout her career. A veteran of the automotive industry, she excels at providing the best possible experience within our dealership.

Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Robert has dedicated the last 20 years to his career with the Elder Automotive Group and his passion for the Jaguar Land Rover brand. Over the last 2 decades Robert prides himself on doing business different and has built many wonderful relationships with clients based on a mutual respect and trust. When not working Robert spends time with his wife Tracy and daughter Gabriella usually boating where he spends most summer days.

Louis Gruevski is a car guy through and through. He always loved cars from a young age and took pride in every car he has ever owned. It was only natural that his career would end up in sharing his passion of cars with others. He has been with the Elder Auto Group for 12 years and was one of the longest serving Sales Consultants at Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside before becoming the Business Manager. He has extensive knowledge in the vehicle lineup and takes pride in his customer relations. Louis has customers he has been serving since the very beginning! Louis resides in Macomb with his wife of 7 years, two beautiful daughters and Yorkie, Dexter. In his free time he enjoys being out on the lake, riding his Harley Davidson, catching up on some of his favorite shows with his wife and traveling with his family. 

Derek is a sales consultant at Jaguar/Land Rover of Lakeside, with over 12 years experience. In the time he has spent here, he has traveled all over the country for extensive training with Jaguar and Land Rover, which has helped him to gain a vast knowledge of both brands and keeps him updated on the latest innovations. Derek's experience and expertise keeps his customers coming back car after car.  He is passionate about creating a great buying experience by making sure that his clients are well informed so he can pair them with a vehicle they will love. 

When he isn't working, you'll find Derek committed to family and friends. He enjoys the outdoors and is actively involved in sports.

Hi, I've been here at Jaguar Land Rover for the last 22 years. I'm your product specialist and love to learn and know as much as possible about our products. In my spare time there is nothing better than sitting and relaxing on my porch over a bon fire with my wife of 9 years and my dog Jagger. If it's really nice out I love to get a quick round of golf in.

Tyler has over a half decade of experience creating marketing for various brands across the Elder Automotive Group. A fan of art and music, he lives on the west side of metro-Detroit with his wife, and their beloved dog Daisy.

Justin brings with him over 20 years of automotive dealership experience. From White Lake, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three kids. He also likes to spend as much time as he can out on the water, whether it's jet skiing, boating, or just relaxing.

Dave has 15 years of Jaguar Land Rover managerial experience, all with the Elder Automotive Group. In his free time he enjoys boating, fishing, and spending family time traveling within the great state of Michigan.

Lee grew up in Metro Detroit and has been in the automotive industry for over 6 years. He's a certified parts professional through Jaguar Land Rover. During his free time he likes to spend time on his boat up north, watch movies, or just spend time with his family and friends.

Bryan is born and raised in Metro Detroit. He's a certified Parts Professional through Jaguar Land Rover and has been in the automotive industry for over 13 years.
